My name is Laurie Boettcher. A speaker, trainer, and social media professional, I am a frequent feature at events and conferences. My approach to social media is practical and realistic. I recognize some organizations are just starting their social media efforts, while others need engagement or social media policy assistance. Tailoring each presentation to the specific needs of my audience, I offer step-by-step guidance. I have been quoted in US News & World Report, the New York Times, and numerous other media.

I primarily work with municipalities, government agencies, higher education, public libraries, and groups/ associations because I believe you pave the way in educating our communities, our workforce, and our future generations.
