communication experience, I teach, speak, post, and tweet about
social media. I work primarily with municipalities, government
agencies, higher education, public libraries, and groups/
associations because I believe the organizations pave the way in
educating our communities, our workforce, and our future
generations. I'm fascinated by the use of social media in emergency
management and crisis communication, so also dabble there.
